At Marielle K we are committed to ensuring a high level of service.

We hope that you appreciate the beauty of our small-scale items. Imperfections are inherent to the nature of the processes used to create each unique piece.

Whilst we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not completely satisfied you can simply exchange or return your order. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at info@mariellek.co.uk and we can assist you with your return. 


Stock Availability

While we endeavour to have all products in stock, sometimes items become temporarily unavailable. If there is an item you would like to purchase that happens to be out of stock, or would like multiple quantities, please contact us and we can advise further on availability. Equally, if there is an item that you would like in a different colourway, please contact us to discuss options. 

While we aim to deliver our items as soon as possible, many of our hand and screen printed items can take up to 2-4 weeks to complete due to the nature of the processes used to create each unique piece. If you require an item urgently, we would be more than happy to try and meet your requirements as best we can.


Shipping

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from date of order.

UK orders are delivered by Royal Mail’s ‘Special Delivery’ or ‘1st Class Signed For’ service.

Local orders in Orkney can be hand delivered where possible, please email us at info@mariellek.co.uk, or phone 07572 869 437 to arrange.

EU and Rest of World order are delivered by Royal Mail’s ‘International Tracked and Signed’ service.

All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.

Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and/or tax, in such cases these are the responsibility of the buyer.
